You bring your CLEAN garment to our shop

We work on an Appointment-Only Basis.  That way, you will be sure to find us ready to serve you.  Our appointment days and hours are listed below.  We suggest 8-10 weeks before a wedding for bridal gowns.

Bring your garment, undergarments just like you plan on wearing with it (they affect the fit!) and shoes if we are doing a hem.  You will leave the garment with us for the work.  Note that we CANNOT accept muddy or soiled items.

When you are in your garment, we will pin it so that it fits well.  This takes longer for wedding gowns and complicated items, but expect most garments to take about 20-30 minutes to fit to you.

We have based all prices on the time needed to complete the work professionally.  To deliver this, we collect payment Up Front.  Don't worry - if there is something not right when you come back, we fix it!

We want you to be very happy with your altered garment.  We can't be happy until we see you in the finished product, so expect to try-on the garment again at the pickup.  We accept Cash, Major Credit cards and Debit Cards.

We give appointments for pickups because we want to see you in your finished garment.  So bring back the shoes and special undergarments to try on your garment for a final look.  We have your garment professionally steamed and ready to wear so that it looks lovely for you.

If we sew on your garment, we steam it for free so that it is ready to wear.  We offer garment steaming service for other items also.  Call for drop-off times.

Short or long dress without crinoline or train; other simple garment which can be put on a hangar.

Wedding Gown or Deluxe Dress

Gowns will be returned on a cardstock form which provides shape.  The item must be "hang-able" on a hangar.

Veil less than 5 foot long---glued-on stones not accepted

We can steam your veil as long as it is in good condition, it has no soiling and no glue.
